Terms & Conditions

We accept Credit Cards, or Check (photo by text or email is ok - ship when clear). Cards are processed in real time securely by Square Inc. We cannot see or store your card # on our end.

You agree to hold Prosperity Marketing LLC harmless for any and all losses, injuries or claims that may result from the purchase, use, misuse or storage of any product sold by us. Some items may be illegal in your area to own or conceal. Please check with your local authorities if you have questions. It is up to the buyer to ascertain whether or not an item is legal to own or carry in his/her City, County or State. BUY AND USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SHIPPING:  We charge a $10 flat fee on all orders. Orders ship Ground via UPS, Fedex or USPS Mail. Local store ordering/pickup is available by appointment only.

INSURED SHIPPING: Once a package is shipped from our location via a 3rd party carrier, you become the owner of the product. If you would like your package insured against loss during transit or damage, please notify us in the comments box at checkout or reply to your order confirmation email and request it before shipping. You will be charged actual shipping insurance fees and will need you to call in your credit card info to make an additional charge. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages once shipped. It is up to the customer to request that we add shipping insurance at checkout or immediately after ordering.

WARRANTY RETURNS: In a rare instance an item arrives defective or needs a warranty repair/replacement, the buyer agrees to ship the item back to the manufacturer at their own cost. The replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. Customer needs to make a return request first and will most likely need to ship the item to the manufacturer, so do not return an item until we give you the correct return shipping address.

CANCELLED ORDERS & RETURNS:  All sales final after 15 days from date of purchase. We will only accept returned items if the item and packaging is still in new, resaleable condition. You must request a return authorization within 15 days of completed order via email and begin a return request by logging into your account. All ORDER CANCELLATIONS (after payment has been processed) or RETURNED ITEMS will be subject to a 15% restocking/processing fee. Shipping is not refundable. Use the return link at the bottom of our home page to initiate a return.

Though we sell aftermarket accessories made for TASER DEVICES, TASER INTERNATIONAL does not recommend using them with their products (they want you to buy their stuff of course).
